I spent most of my life being told I was not athletic and couldn’t hack it in most sports, and as a result shied away from even the most enjoyable, individual ventures. In 2007, I made it a priority to get physically fit. In 2012, I decided to face my fears and try running. Now, a year later, I’ve run over a dozen races and am training for my first half marathon!
This blog talks about my journey as a runner and a health nut, as well as my adventures as a traveler, a foodie, a wife, a dog (and cat!) mom, and a beer and wine snob. 🙂
